Foreign citizens may apply for any degree program.

You should have:

• certificates of completed full secondary or higher education with transcript of records;
• certified translation of your certificates of completed full secondary or higher education into Russian;
• certificates and transcript of records must be legalized.

All programs are in Russian language.

Tuition fees for 2024-2025 academic year are:

• Bachelor programs: 128000 -148000 rubles / year;
• Master programs: 138000 -158000 rubles / year;
• Postgraduate training programs: 178000 -185000 rubles / year.

Enrollment Procedure

1. Please, e-mail us the copy of the following documents:

• passport’s  pages;
• a certificate/diploma of completed full secondary or higher education with transcript of records;
• certified translation of your certificate/diploma of completed full secondary or higher education into Russian.

2. After reviewing your documents we’ll send you an application form. You will complete the form and send it back to us via e-mail.
3. If your application is accepted, you will get the detailed instructions about further steps.
4. We’ll provide a necessary assistance with visa procedure.
5. When your visa is issued, you should contact us and make an arrangement about the dates of your entrance examinations.
6. You should come to the academy for taking examinations.
7. If you pass the examinations successfully, you will be enrolled to Vologda SDFA and we will assist you with the visa extension.
