Internship for employees of the academy in Germany

From November, the 23rd till December, the 22nd, 2019 Liudmila Kurenkova, an associate professor  of the department of technology of milk and dairy products of the technological faculty went through a short-term internship at Rhine-Waal University of applied sciences in Kleve, Germany. Liudmila was invited by the faculty of Life Sciences, professor Florian Kugler became a curator of her research. She analyzed tea leaves for the presence of vitamin C.

During her stay in Kleve our colleague visited lectures and practical lessons of professors Steffi Wiedemann, Florian Kugler and Dietrich Darr, went to English classes. Together with the group of professor Wiedemann Liudmila went to see a cattle farm and a poultry enterprise. 

As the result of the internship a publication of a joint scientific article is planned.
