Ludmila Kurenkova told about the components of dairy raw material such as water, protein, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and other components. For example, the lecturer pointed out that milk contained all vital vitamins (A, D, Е, К, Р and С, РР, В group).

Also, the dean of the faculty introduced the audience to the important features of milk transportation and shipping documents, paid attention to the procedure of milk acceptance and purification at a processing enterprise.

The lecture was very interesting for students and they expressed their hope for more online-classes with L. Kurenkova.
