On the 17th of November Elena Ryzhakina, an assistant professor of the department of inner noncontagious diseases, surgery and obstetrics gave the online-lecture “Hygiene of cow milking” to the forth-year-students of the faculty of biotechnologies and aquaculture of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, Gorki city. The lecturer shared the methods of increasing the quality of milk following the simple rules of hygiene.
On the 22nd of November the same students listened to Irina Britvina, the head of the department of inner noncontagious diseases, surgery and obstetrics. She presented the online lecture “The peculiarities of contemporary approach to the organization of artificial insemination at factory farms and complexes” and told about the basic characteristics of herd reproduction, organization of work with freshly-calved and lactating cows, the factors influencing the indicators of herd reproduction.
