On the 2nd of April and the 8th of May Aleksandr Tereshko – an independent expert in commercial swine production gave lectures to the topics: “Good veterinary practices” and “Swine breeding today. To stay in the profession”.
The final year students listened to the specialist carefully and with great interest because it was the right time for them to choose the future profession. Aleksandr showed photos of the modern Belorussian and Russian swine complexes. Now, the complexes are technologically advanced and clean, skilled and committed to the profession specialists work there.
On the 26th of April Valeriy Obukhovskiy – the leading technologist of ZAO “Konsul” presented an interesting lecture about the ways to deal with flies in farms and shared the best methods to prevent or minimize their expansion. Also, the lecturer gave valuable advices how to watch over the sanitary conditions and cows’ health, clean and disinfect farms timely.
